We had a lovely breakfast made by Mary at 7.30am and then had to quickly get ready so that Michael could drive us back to the car park, where we will continue on the route.

The first 6 miles were through the moors again, but with nicer views, including the sea and we stopped for a tea break in Glaisdale.

Then another 4 miles to Grosmont where we knew the was a pub for our lunch break.
On the way we saw a man sheep shearing, but I didn’t get a good photo of the sheep 😂.

When we arrived at Grosmont, the steam train was in the station and left while we had lunch.

Then it was a steep climb out of the valley for 1.5 miles!!

And then across a road to the farm where we’re staying at tonight.
